How do you ensure cards are not damaged during shipping?
We take collector-grade precautions. Single cards are shipped in protective sleeves and rigid top-loaders, while sealed products are bubble-wrapped and placed in sturdy boxes to prevent any corner dings or pressure damage during transit.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and specialized local payment methods available at checkout. All transactions are encrypted and secure.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your package's journey.
Can I return a booster box if I didn't get the cards I wanted?
Due to the nature of collectible trading card games, we can only accept returns on sealed products that remain in their original, unopened factory shrink-wrap. We cannot accept returns on opened packs or boxes.
